Every employer we support is assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager, whose role is to work alongside the business as a long-term, trusted partner for funding, training and skills advice. This is not a short-term relationship or a single programme focus. It’s an ongoing partnership designed to evolve as your organisation grows.
Taking the next step into training starts with completing a Nomination Form.
Whether you are an employer looking to upskill a member of your team or an individual putting yourself forward for development, the Nomination Form allows us to check eligibility, confirm funding, and begin planning your programme.
Our team will review every nomination promptly to ensure the course is the right fit and that funding criteria are met before moving into full enrolment.
Employers must be based in England and have a genuine job role that aligns with the course being applied for.
The candidate must be employed in a real working environment with a contract of employment. Employers must be able to support the candidate in developing the required knowledge, skills and behaviours within their role.
Candidates must have been in the UK/EU for at least the last 3 years and if on a VISA, there must be enough time remaining to complete the course. Candidates ARE eligible if their passport is stamped with “No recourse to public funds” – this does not relate to education.
Learners must be aged 16 or over and have the right to work in England.
They must be employed in a relevant job role that supports the course and must not already hold a qualification at the same or higher level in the same subject area.
Candidates must spend at least 50% of their working hours in England.
All learners will complete an initial assessment to confirm suitability and funding eligibility before enrolment is finalised.

Most programmes begin within 3–4 weeks of Nomination Form submission. However, start dates can also be scheduled up to 12 weeks in advance if required to align with business planning.
